All prices are inclusive of bedlinen, towels, heating and electricity.
A Welcome Cream Tea is provided which consists of scones, clotted cream and jam.
Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are also provided with the addition of fresh flowers.
Weekly Lets: 20th March to 1st October Friday-Friday (no short lets available during this period).
Short Lets: Beginning of October to 20th March (3 nights available during this period)
Arrival: Check in time from 4pm onwards on day of arrival.
Departure: Check out time is 10am on day of departure.

The tariff for a three night break is £375.00 with additional nights at £110 per extra night exc Christmas and New Year. Five nights or more charged at the full weekly tariff.
A short break for Christmas and New Year may be considered within 2 weeks of the holiday period. Please enquire for rates.

Payment
A £50.00 deposit is required on booking and full payment is required 6 weeks before your holiday.
For holidays booked within the six week period, full payment is required. Payment by electronic transfer or cheque.
